Phoenix, AZ (Nov. 7, 2019) – Consolidated Contracting sent seven team members to the GroundBreak Conference presented by Procore last month in Phoenix. The team enjoyed networking, growing their knowledge of leadership, and learning about technologies that are leading the way in the construction industry.

Marketing assistant Shane Elias-Calles said the conference was fascinating.

“To be in a room with thousands of people with the same goal of making the construction industry more honest, efficient, and profitable was inspiring,” said Elias-Calles.

Consolidated has long been dedicated to providing its customers with construction expertise backed by personal integrity, while staying on the cutting edge of technology. The organization's attendance was a perfect fit.

“We are all about growth,” said Elias-Calles. “Growth of our people, our processes, our technologies. You name it,” he continued. “Consolidated’s purpose is to inspire the lives of every individual they encounter, and providing us with tools such as Procore and opportunities such as Groundbreak, allows us to be the best versions of ourselves day in and day out.”

Some of the featured events included a keynote speech by Mike Rowe of the mikeroweWORKS Foundation, where he discussed the art of storytelling, an expo floor consisting of hundreds of technologies, and even a concert by music superstar, Mackelmore.

“I'm thankful that Consolidated provided us with the opportunity to grow in our own self-development, as well as come back with ideas on how to keep Consolidated at the top of the industry,” said Elias-Calles. “Can't wait to do it again.”

Groundbreak 2020 will be held in New Orleans on October 26th-28th.
